"We, Us, Our" refers to in the Terms of Service refers to Comic Inspiration.

"Service/Services" refers to you visiting our site and/or purchasing something from our website.

Utilizing our service, you the user agree by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Any new content (but not limited to) features, tools, new product, which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes before servicing our online store. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

TERMS:

1) Return/Refund Policy:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to initial with us the return of the product you purchased from our website. You understand that all costs associated with the return of the product is your responsibility and you hold Comic Inspiration harmless to any costs incurred in the return process.

We do NOT accept returns or cancellation on any Pre-Order product on our website. We accept returns on in-stock items that arrive damaged due to improper handling and/or delivery ONLY. We do NOT accept returns or refund/partial refunds for any product that your purchase for any other circumstance.

If your item arrives damaged, it must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with documentation (photos of any damage sustained via delivery handling of the package - both of the product and the original packaging). We have the right to accept or deny your return based on the information that you provide to us for the damaged product/parcel. We have the right to ship our products with tracking and insurance for the content of delivery. If insurance is purchased for the content you have purchased, which had arrived damaged, prior to the return a claim will be open with the delivery company for damaged content whereby you agree to assist in resolving the claim for a refund to us the merchant prior to processing your return in full. Once the item it return in the condition it had arrived to you (damaged), and a refund has been processed securely through the delivery company to us the merchant, your full refund will be issued.

To start a return, you can contact us at comicbookinspiration@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.

2) Return/Refund/Re-Delivery Exceptions:

If you item arrives and the content is not what you have ordered, you have 15-days to contact us and let us know that the incorrect content/product was delivered. You must provide us with photos of the content that had arrived and the original receipt/packaging slip/or proof of purchase to initiate a Return/Refund/or re-delivery of the correct content. We have the right to accept or deny any exceptions to this term based on the information provided to us in the 15 days after receiving your item.

3) General Store Terms:

By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We host content, images, and products from direct, 2nd, and 3rd party vendors. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All personal information including but not limited to name, address, birthday, shipping/billing information is held privately by Comic Inspiration. This information is only used for billing, shipping, and contact. The information is processed through third party financial institutions and through our website host (Wix.com). You agree to provide all accurate information and understand that this information is used for processing your service on our website.
